Women’s Self Defense Course
This is a private course offered one on one or in small groups. During this 10 session training course we will cover what we feel to be the most important skills necessary. Lessons will alternate between both stand up defense (learning to strike, kick and defend against common grabs and holds) as well as ground defense training (distancing and getting up, defense against common pinned and controlled positions on the ground). No previous experience needed. Training is very adaptable to the participant.
Women’s Self Defense Seminar / Small Group
We also offer this program as a one time seminar available for groups or organizations. Typically taught in a 90-120 minute class. This seminar will cover basic knowledge of striking, kicking and defensive responses to common attacks as well as breakdown important soft skills such as awareness, avoidance and de-escalation.
