TAI CHI

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Tai Chi is a low impact, slower paced Martial Arts style.  Great for relaxation, breathing, strength, and flexibility.  Accommodates those who may not be able to do harder forms of training but will still challenging the mind and body.
