Tai Chi is a low impact, slower paced Martial Arts style. Great for relaxation, breathing, strength, and flexibility. Qigong and other breathing techniques are also practiced. Accommodates those who may not be able to do harder forms of training but will still challenging the mind and body. Tai Chi classes offered for all experience levels in Gilbert, AZ.
