Muay Thai at Gilbert Defense Arts

All experience levels welcome!

Muay Thai Kickboxing

Program Description

Known as the “Art of 8 Limbs”. Muay Thai is highly effective sport fighting system. Incorporating boxing, clinching and kickboxing technique. These classes will build basic foundations of striking, kicking, footwork as well as defensive skills and progress to sparring technique and more. 


In addition, this is an intensive high cardio training program and along with learning the technical skills will also get you in great shape! Heavy bag work, pad work, and partner drills along with strength and core training are all a part of this class. Gear required: fully closed boxing gloves, hand wraps, shin guards, mouth guard, groin protector (male students). 

Schedule

Kids Muay Thai

  • Monday: 4pm-5pm
  • Saturdays: 10am-11am


Adult/Teen Muay Thai

  • Monday: 7pm-8pm
  • Tuesdays: 12pm-1pm
  • Wednesday: 6pm-7pm
  • Thursdays: 12pm-1pm
  • Saturdays: 12pm-1pm
